Dr. Amy Rose has dedicated more than 27 years to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

 

Her passion for veterinary medicine began at a young age while working alongside her father, Dr. Larry Anliker. Growing up immersed in animal care and observing the profound impact her father had on both pets and their families inspired her lifelong commitment to the profession.

Throughout her career, Dr. Rose has developed a special interest in surgery, as well as urgent and emergency veterinary medicine. She thrives on the challenges these areas present and finds great fulfillment in helping patients through critical situations and improving their quality of life. Her calm, experienced approach and dedication to excellence have earned the trust of countless clients and colleagues over the years.

 

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Rose is an accomplished breeder and exhibitor of champion Brussels Griffons. Her passion for the breed extends far beyond the show ring, reflecting her deep appreciation for responsible breeding, canine health, and preserving breed excellence. She takes great pride in the many champions she has bred and shown throughout the years.

 

When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Rose enjoys spending time on her farm in Sunbury, where she cares for her horses, chickens, and other animals while embracing the joys of country living. She also treasures time spent with her three grown children and her husband, Michael. Whether in the veterinary hospital, the show ring, or on the farm, Dr. Rose's life is centered around her enduring love of animals, family, and the profession that has been her calling since childhood.
